Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's business goals.

2. Identify, attract, and source qualified talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.

3. Prepare comprehensive job descriptions, manage postings on the company's career website, and monitor applicant progress.

4. Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.

5. Provide hiring recommendations to managers.

6. Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.

7. Negotiate and extend job offers.

8. Stay informed about talent acquisition trends and best practices.

9. Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events.

10. Develop and implement organizational development programs in line with strategic goals.

11. Conduct needs assessments and identify areas for improvement.

12. Design and deliver training programs.

13. Facilitate team-building exercises and other interventions.

Skills Required:

1. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

4. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
