Job Description
Job Title: Accountant and Office Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform accounting functions for the company and manage various investment interests of the company's owner.
Manage certain personal expenses and payments of the company's owner.
Prepare monthly and annual accounts and project cost calculations.
Process employee expenses.
Coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
Develop and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
Manage day-to-day office operations.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Skills:
Requirements:
Strong understanding of accounting theory.
Proficiency in the use of accounting systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly detail-oriented and organized in work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
