Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Apply paint to vehicles, ensuring an even and smooth finish.
2. Perform polishing activities to enhance the appearance of painted surfaces.
3. Apply ceramic coatings to provide additional protection and aesthetic appeal.
4. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
5. Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired shade and finish.
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
7. Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
8. Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools regularly.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends and new techniques in auto painting.
