Job Description


- Evaluate customer requirements and take appropriate measures to ensure optimum satisfaction.
- Utilize available resources to offer precise information in a clear and concise manner.
- Resolve doubts and queries of customers by providing accurate and suitable information within set deadlines.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Stay up-to-date with the organization's new regulations, products, and service launches through efficient communication with the management.
- Identify practical challenges in a project to rectify the issues for final delivery.


- Previous association with a company in the role of a customer service executive or representative.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A skilled individual, capable of completing assigned tasks and responsibilities in the defined schedule.
- Fluent in operating the latest computer software and online tools.
