Your responsibilities include assisting employees and hotel guests in resolving IT-related issues, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Information & Technology fields, networking, and communication systems. A professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and forward planning. Maintaining a courteous and friendly atmosphere, along with good working relationships with colleagues, is essential. Adherence to the hotel's employee handbook, policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures, especially those related to fire safety, is paramount.
