Job Description

Role: Customer Experience Agent 4PL

About the Role:
The Customer Experience Agent 4PL plays a pivotal role in managing and monitoring the end-to-end shipment process on behalf of the customer supply chain operations department. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements while being the primary point of contact for stakeholders in daily operations activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand the logistics and services 4PL accounts' business requirements and execute according to defined IOPs, SOPs, and KPIs.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, internal operational teams, and customer service networks.
3. Proactively identify program exceptions, troubleshoot, and solve issues within the guidelines provided by the 4PL Customer Experience Manager.
4. Indirectly manage and lead Global Service Centre (GSC) staff assigned to key accounts.
5. Ensure all IOPs, SOPs, and KPIs align with business changes and standards.
6. Monitor and deliver KPI performances to meet or exceed customers' targets.
7. Collaborate with colleagues in day-to-day activities to ensure high customer satisfaction and provide direct assistance to improve service delivery.
8. Identify and implement sustainable solutions for potential service failures through root cause analysis.
9. Maintain a customer-centric approach to prevent errors and take preventive measures to eliminate error recurrence.
10. Perform other position-related duties as specified by management.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated deep understanding and experience in the logistics industry
- 3-5 years of SCM/4PL or similar industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and the local language
- Time management skills to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced MS EXCEL skills
