Job Opportunity: Accountant

As an Accountant at Aramex, you will play a crucial role in performing all accounting tasks related to Monthly Intercompany accounts reconciliation and balance confirmation across Aramex stations. Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned stations, you will handle intercompany transactions, monthly reconciliation, and ensure smooth operations and timely settlement of balances. Your responsibilities include receiving and verifying station invoices, recording them in the company's financial system, and issuing debit/credit notes. Additionally, you will perform monthly reconciliation for station accounts, transfer invoices to the financial system daily, and maintain effective communication with stations to resolve pending cases before the deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Monthly Intercompany accounts reconciliation and balance confirmation.
- Act as the one point of contact for assigned Aramex stations.
- Handle intercompany transactions and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Receive and verify station invoices, recording them in the financial system.
- Obtain stations’ confirmation for financial transactions.
- Issue debit/credit notes as needed.
- Transfer invoices to the company financial system daily.
- Send invoices to concerned stations.
- Continuously follow up with stations to resolve pending cases.
- Close cases before the deadline and finalize month-end closing.
- Confirm monthly intercompany balance with stations.

Job Requirements:

- Good communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Team spirit.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
