Job Title: Bilingual Copywriter

The Bilingual Copywriter role is tailored for an individual with hands-on copywriting expertise, a natural storytelling ability, and experience in an agency environment. The candidate will be responsible for creating conceptually driven campaigns and crafting compelling copy in Arabic for global brands.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Specific Duties:

1. Content Creation:
- Write diverse texts such as copy and product descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Proofread and edit content for quality and coherence.

2. Collaboration:
- Partner with an Art Director to develop creative concepts for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Work in the 1:1 marketing space with a deep understanding of all relevant channels.

3. Brief Handling:
- Experienced in taking briefs, crafting effective copy, and interpreting brand tone of voice.
- Write and format copy decks for various projects.

4. Presentation Skills:
- Persuasively present ideas internally and to clients with credibility, reasoning, and emotional appeal.
- Actively listen to understand client and internal feedback.

5. Quality Control:
- Ensure communications meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality control.
- Deliver fresh ideas while aligning with the existing brand voice.

6. Conceptualization:
- Conceptualize and write various content, from white papers to scripts to social media posts.

7. Research and Insight:
- Research competitors and industry trends to provide creative foresight.
- Collaborate with creatives to weave a cohesive story through ideas, copy, and design.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in an agency environment creating conceptually driven campaigns.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and a curiosity for exploring new possibilities.
