Job Description: Sales and Services Officer

As a Sales and Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting banking products and services, and providing them with accurate information and guidance to help them make informed financial decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and needs and identify opportunities to promote and sell banking products and services.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services, including account opening, loans, debit/credit cards, and other banking services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process customer account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with resolving account issues, answering inquiries, and providing general customer support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the bank.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the banking industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge of market trends and regulatory changes.
- Results-driven with the ability to achieve sales targets.
