Job Purpose:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer with conceptual and practical skills to drive integrated, brand-led communications. The role involves creating and maintaining marketing assets and content that supports our products, brand, and other marketing goals. From concept to execution, the Senior Graphic Designer will enhance user experience by bringing our brand to life across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Multidisciplinary Creativity:
- Conceptualize and execute integrated, brand-led communications across various platforms, including social, web, and digital.
- Leverage freehand illustration, vector graphics, and create impactful logo and lockup designs.

2. Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of screen printing file setups, separations, positioning, choke, etc.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop effectively for graphic design fundamentals, including color, form, and typography.

3. Project Management:
- Handle graphic projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients and support team members as needed.

4. Visual Style and User Experience:
- Establish visual style and user experiences that effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill project objectives.
- Ensure proper placement, context, and meaning of every visual element within a creative assignment.

5. Continuous Learning and Collaboration:
- Stay current with industry and advertising trends, strategically applying them to projects.
- Collaborate with creative teams, contribute to brainstorms, and assist in developing concepts and presentations for business development.

6. Leadership and Team Management:
- Manage a team of junior designers.
- Show initiative in growing allocated tasks/campaigns beyond expectations.
