AREA MANAGER

Position Title: Area Manager

Job Description:

As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management and oversight of multiple retail locations within your assigned area. This multifaceted role extends beyond operational and leadership responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to engage in various HR functions. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, this position is instrumental in driving retail operations and HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations Management:
1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring they meet sales, customer service, and operational goals.
2. Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive and organized shopping environment.
3. Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing and executing action plans accordingly.

Team Leadership:
1. Lead, coach, and develop store managers and staff to achieve their full potential.
2. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages employee engagement and satisfaction.

Customer Experience:
1. Ensure that all stores provide an exceptional customer experience.
2. Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

HR Learning and Assistance:
1. Collaborate with the Management team to learn HR processes and responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Assist with HR-related tasks and contribute to HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in fashion retail management or a similar role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Willingness to learn and develop HR skills and contribute to HR functions.
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
