Location: Egypt


Provide effective administrative assistance to the Management, serving as a liaison to the management team. Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, as well as oversee special projects.


1. Direct Support and Administrative Duties:

- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars, providing reminders as required.

- Meet and greet visitors, delegations, stakeholders, business partners, and other senior-level personnel.

- Organize and attend meetings, transcribe, and distribute minutes.

- Create and maintain a system for organizing and storing electronic and hardcopy documents.

- Handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information, data, and records.

- Coordinate documents for interaction with internal and external executives, consultants, and assistants in preparation for meetings.

2. Communication:

- Receive and screen calls and communications, determining priority matters and alerting the Management.

- Handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the executive.

- Compose letters and correspondences.

- Ensure contacts are up to date.

3. Schedule and Events:

- Manage the diary and coordinate activities, including scheduling meetings and teleconferences.

- Coordinate accommodation, travel, visa, and entertainment arrangements, as well as meeting participants.

- Arrange business lunches/dinners and social activities, organizing logistics.

The jobholder is responsible for making decisions related to their direct scope of work.


Required Qualifications:

- University degree, preferably in Business Administration.

Preferred Experience:

- 3 years of experience in providing support to senior or executive-level management.

Job-Specific Skills:

- Flexible, self-independent, and able to work on weekends and after hours.

- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion.

- Ability to communicate across multiple hierarchical levels.


- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Prioritization of tasks and adherence to timelines.
