Responsibilities:

1. Development: Design, develop, and rigorously test new features and functionalities for the ERPNext platform using Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

2. Customization: Tailor ERPNext to meet specific client requirements through module configuration, data modeling, workflow customization, and report generation.

3. Integration: Seamlessly integrate ERPNext with other systems and applications, such as payment gateways, third-party APIs, and external databases.

4. Bug Fixing: Identify and rectify software defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure the smooth operation of the system.

5. Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance the performance of the ERPNext platform, including database tuning, query optimization, and implementing caching mechanisms.

6. Documentation: Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, code comments, and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

8. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in ERP systems, open-source development, and web development. Suggest and implement improvements for the ERPNext platform, contributing to its ongoing enhancement.

Skills:

- Proven experience in ERPNext development.

- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
