Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing recruitment needs and defining job requirements to align with organizational objectives.

2. Designing and implementing targeted recruitment strategies to attract and identify suitable talents in the competitive job market.

3. Conducting thorough interviews and skill assessments to carefully evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for the specified roles.

4. Managing the end-to-end process of selecting suitable candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.

5. Building and fostering strong relationships with educational institutions and recruitment partners to enhance talent pipelines.

Skills Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, demonstrating a track record of successful talent acquisition.

2. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.

3. Deep understanding of the latest trends in the job market and a comprehensive knowledge of best recruitment practices.

4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to achieve set recruitment goals.

5. Location: Cairo and Giza, Egypt.

6. Demonstrated ability to actively contribute to brainstorming sessions with the in-house team through articulate meetings and discussions.

7. Displaying a profound knowledge of the recruitment cycle, exhibiting streamlined thinking, and making clear, informed decisions.

8. A skilled professional with a solid understanding of recruitment timelines and the onboarding process.

9. Proven experience as an end-to-end recruiter with a strong command of both conventional and digital hiring techniques.

10. Proficient in planning candidate selection rounds in accordance with the suggestions of top-level management.

11. Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
