Job Description: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
- Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
- Focus on customer retention by reducing churn rate and increasing sales through trending techniques, meeting the company's sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities for analysis.
- Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline channels, promoting company products and services.
- Understand and promote the company’s products and services as assigned.
