Job Description:

We operate in the supply of testing instruments for QA/QC and Environmental Monitoring in diverse industries, including Oil and Gas, Chemical (fertilizers), Construction, and Steel Fabrication. We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with existing customers to identify future opportunities and maintain positive customer relationships.

2. Recommend solutions that align with customers' needs.

3. Achieve sales targets and proactively identify new leads for business development.

4. Set up meetings with customers, prepare reports on sales visits, and maintain effective communication.

5. Monitor competitor activities in the market and stay informed about new trends.

6. Provide training to customer staff on newly delivered instruments.

7. Collect feedback from customers to ensure maximum satisfaction with our products and services.

8. Offer after-sales training and technical support to end customers.

9. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the unique value proposition.

10. Close sales deals.

Skills:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.

- Demonstrated success in selling complex enterprise solutions.

- Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.

- Skill in explaining complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong presentation and creativity skills.

- Willingness to travel.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base.
