Job Title: Cost Controller

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and Control Project Costs:
- Oversee project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure adherence to budget constraints.

2. Budget Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze project budgets, expenses, and variances.
- Prepare comprehensive cost reports and forecasts for management.

3. Cost-saving Strategies:
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for expense reduction.

4. Collaboration and Compliance:
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to implement cost control measures.
- Review and validate invoices, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with cost control procedures.

5. Support for Proposals and Business Cases:
- Provide cost analysis and support for project proposals and business cases.

6. Industry Trends and Best Practices:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost control.

Skills:

Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge and Proficiency:
- Excellent knowledge of cost control principles and techniques.
- Proficient in using cost control software and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills:
