Job Description: Customer Support Representative

Objective & Scope:

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary role is to handle the organization's telephonic interactions with precision, diligence, and punctuality. You will be responsible for assessing customers' needs, providing clear and concise solutions, elaborating on product features, and developing long-term relationships through telephone conversations. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of all interactions in our call center database and work to enhance customer satisfaction.
