Our organization is seeking a Male Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our managers and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient record management system for the secure storage of critical organizational data, handling scheduling and time management for formal visits and travel, and assisting in various tasks, including document preparation and communication with relevant personnel. We are looking for someone with strong experience in executive assistance and a solid command of modern office solutions such as MS Suite. The ideal candidate will be a team player with exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to managers and staff.

Develop and maintain a secure record management system for critical data.

Manage scheduling and time management for formal visits and travel.

Work with MS Office for document preparation.

Extract crucial insights from meetings and brainstorming sessions for accurate record-keeping.

Evaluate in-house reports and communicate with relevant personnel.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a relevant administrative support role.

Strong planning and scheduling skills.
