Department Profile:

The Human Capital Directorate at UDST is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition department in fully implementing the University's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of talent acquisition, including:

Developing interview questions and assessment methods.

Conducting interviews and ensuring the use of appropriate techniques.

Facilitating the hiring of the most suitable candidates.

Preparing job advertisements and uploading vacant positions.

Maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for each position.

Updating UDST's website.

Preparing interview questions, job offers, and acceptance/rejection letters.

Maintaining data and preparing reports on employee turnover data and demographics.

Conducting initial/screening interviews with applicants.

Coordinating travel and arrival arrangements for international candidates.

Handling onboarding processes.

Compiling recruitment documents and ensuring the completion of personal employee files.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HC, or a related field required.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Recruitment or a related field.

Language: Fluency in written and spoken Arabic preferred; fluency in written and spoken English required.

Other Required Skills: Highly motivated with strong work ethic and leadership skills. Excellent time management, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities. Proactive and collaborative with a commitment to service excellence. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Arabic are essential.
