Job Description: Billing and Accounting Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Billing and Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and accounting, preferably in the express courier or freight logistics industry. Experience with ORACLE software and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Billing and Accounting: Handle billing and accounting tasks efficiently and accurately.

2. Industry Experience: Experience in the express courier or freight logistics industry is an advantage.

3. ORACLE Experience: Must have hands-on experience with ORACLE software.

4. MS Excel: Excellent proficiency in MS Excel is required.

5. Daily Task Closure: Close day-to-day work on a daily basis and coordinate/follow up with departments to resolve issues promptly.

6. Data Entry: Handle large volumes of data entry with accuracy and ensure verification of input data.

7. Flexibility and Adaptability: Must be flexible, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing priorities.

8. Deadline Driven: Ability to work under tight deadlines and follow timelines effectively.

9. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
