Position: Freelance Art Director

Role Overview:
As a Freelance Art Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact storytelling experiences through visual, environmental, and digital platforms in both English and Arabic. You will drive the development of innovative conceptual ideas and platforms that exceed client expectations. The role requires excellent collaboration skills to ensure seamless support, communication, and execution of transforming ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Ideation: Develop creative seed ideas for client projects based on marketing, messaging, and program objectives.
- Concept Development: Lead and work collaboratively with the team to create engaging conceptual ideas.
- Creative Briefs: Develop compelling creative briefs that guide the creative process and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all produced work is on brief, on budget, and targets the desired audience effectively.
- Campaign Development: Develop simple, surprising, and significant ideas and campaigns that resonate with the audience.
- Collaboration: Work with experiential designers, content development personnel, and 2D & 3D designers to create central creative concepts that best fit client needs.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Project Management: Oversee the transformation of ideas into tangible outputs, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Creative Skills: Strong ability to develop and drive disruptive conceptual ideas and platforms.
- Collaboration: Excellent collaborator with the ability to lead teams and work seamlessly with various stakeholders.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to develop simple, surprising, and significant ideas that make an impact.
