Requirements:
- Male Senior Spare Parts Salesman
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and French
- Well-experienced in selling heavy vehicle spare parts, particularly European trucks and trailer parts

Duties:
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and work towards achieving them.
- Recruit, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
- Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the parts department.
- Maintain a balanced inventory to meet the needs of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts, and retail customers.
- Establish pricing parameters that generate sufficient gross profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
- Maintain optimal parts inventory levels and minimize obsolescence.
- Ensure proper tagging of parts for full credit recovery from the factory.
- Supervise stock order procedures and establish policies for special ordering of parts.
- Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
- Develop and administer a wholesale parts program to generate profit.
- Provide high-quality service to internal dealership customers.
- Coordinate timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs with the service and body shop managers.
- Attend and hold departmental meetings regularly.
- Analyze departmental operations and revise layouts for maximum effectiveness.
- Provide technical assistance to parts department employees.
- Monitor payroll records of parts department employees.
- Direct shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing.
- Develop and utilize lost sales tracking report.
- Direct outside parts and counter sales efforts, including telemarketing programs.
- Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and according to dealership guidelines.
- Assist in the collection of past-due accounts.
- Supervise custodians to maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Enforce safety requirements, including forklift training and operation, and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
