Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Administration Manager to oversee critical functions within our organization. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for managing procurement, legal affairs, administration, remote employee management, and insurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and strategic insight in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Optimization:
- Oversee procurement processes and supplier management to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

2. Legal Affairs Management:
- Manage legal affairs, including contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management with support from Legal Counsel.

3. Administrative Functions:
- Lead administrative functions such as facilities management, office operations, vendor relationships, and commercial proposals.

4. Insurance Coordination:
- Coordinate insurance policies and claims management to mitigate organizational risks and ensure adequate coverage.

5. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.

6. Leadership and Guidance:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

7. Industry Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure operational compliance and effectiveness.


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience working within a Series A or above venture-backed company.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations and administration, with a focus on procurement, legal, and employee management.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, PMP) are a plus.
