Job Title: Call Center Representative (Russian Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, bookings, changes, and cancellations, offering tailored solutions to meet travel needs.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and empathetically, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback efficiently using CRM systems.
- Analyze customer trends and provide feedback for product or service improvements.
- Support marketing efforts by informing customers about new promotions and packages.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer support experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing sensitive situations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and reservation systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and geography.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
