Roles & Responsibilities:

We are actively seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Deep Cleaning Specialists, focusing on thorough and meticulous cleaning duties. The role entails a variety of tasks, including scrubbing kitchen fixtures, vacuuming and mopping floors, and steam-cleaning upholstery. Successful candidates will also be responsible for removing grease, mineral deposits, and soap scum from various surfaces.

- Meet with homeowners to understand their cleaning expectations and preferences.
- Professionally respond to homeowners' inquiries and address any complaints with efficiency and courtesy.
- Inform homeowners of any accidents that may occur during the cleaning process, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Perform comprehensive scrubbing and sanitization of bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Sanitize all kitchen fixtures and appliances to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Dust ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs to eliminate dust and allergens.
- Spot clean doors and frames to maintain their appearance and cleanliness.
- Vacuum and mop all types of flooring to ensure a spotless finish.
- Conduct interior window cleanings to enhance visibility and aesthetics.
- Vacuum carpets and utilize steam-cleaning techniques for upholstery maintenance.

Requirements:

Desired Candidate Profile:

- High school diploma is preferred.
- Proven experience in house cleaning, particularly in deep cleaning tasks.
- Sound knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques to ensure effective cleaning outcomes.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately to meet homeowner expectations.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods during cleaning tasks.
- Adaptability to changing schedules and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with homeowners.
- Punctuality and reliability to consistently meet cleaning schedules.

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

- Knowledge of using a Sofa/mattress/carpet/curtain cleaning machine.
- Familiarity with using a Floor Scrubber.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED800.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
