Job Description
Job Title: Client Service Executive
- Provide fundamental support to Team Heads/Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers (IMs) in day-to-day business activities related to client servicing and operational support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for RMs and clients, handling operational requests and issue resolution by liaising with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Client Service, Operations, and Administrative Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to RM requests and client queries, including account documentation, balances, maintenance activity, and product/service information.
- Attend client meetings with RMs to provide support and meet client requirements.
- Assist in the new account opening process, including preparation of comprehensive account opening packs and liaising with relevant teams.
- Ensure timely completion of operational tasks related to client accounts and call report input.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational processes, services, regulatory frameworks, and firm policies/procedures.
- Foster strong working relationships across various divisions and participate in group projects and meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Around 5 years of practical work experience in a relevant field.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in virtual global teams and a matrix organization.
- Client-centric approach to service delivery.
