We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Content Writer and Post Production Specialist for TikTok. In this role, you will be responsible for generating engaging content ideas, scripting, filming, editing, and optimizing videos for our TikTok channel. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our content aligns with our brand identity and objectives, while also resonating with our target audience on TikTok.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Innovate and create content for the company's short video projects, designing topics, planning creatively, and writing scripts.
- Develop creative ideas and plans independently for short video scripts based on the overall needs of the team's accounts, demonstrating a solid foundation in writing, imagination, and creativity.
- Efficiently produce trending video content that appeals to the youth demographic, increasing user engagement and stickiness.
- Collect various video materials for future original content inspiration and analyze user behavior and needs to continuously optimize innovative content scripts.
- Shoot short videos, possessing excellent directorial skills and understanding the language of the camera.
- Produce imaginative and high-quality content, shaping influencers, and maintaining fan engagement on platforms like TikTok.
- Coordinate content recording, production, post-production, review, and take responsibility for content outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in media, Film, Communication Studies, or related field.
- Experience in new media, self-media, and short video copywriting planning.
- Internet-savvy with a keen sense of trending events and news, capable of transforming user needs into content.
- Passionate about life with diverse hobbies and familiarity with entertainment and social apps.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with a diligent and responsible work attitude.
- Preferably, more than two years of experience in short video account operation.
- Familiarity with TikTok gameplay.
- Strong team spirit and a sense of the overall situation, with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
