Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Job Purpose:
Efficiently manage reception duties, including attending to guests and telephone calls with professionalism that aligns with the corporate image of the Group. Additionally, provide essential administrative support as required by the Showroom Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Handle telephone calls efficiently and courteously, offering necessary information and directing calls to appropriate personnel within the office.
2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the reception area to uphold the corporate image.
3. Ensure all equipment and furniture are consistently in proper working condition and well-maintained.
4. Assist the Sales team in generating Management Information System (MIS) reports according to business requirements.
Education/Experience:
- High School Certificate
- Proficiency in computer software such as MS Office.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Completion of a telephone handling skills course is advantageous.
- Exposure to a multicultural environment.
