Job Description: Customer Service Agent
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service through various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and customer experience.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
Skills:
- Proficient in both English and Arabic languages.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years old UAE-issued driving license.
- Reside in the UAE with a background from any Arab country.
- Male candidates only.
- No affiliations or relationships with any car dealerships in the UAE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
