Job Description

Position: Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Send enquiries and RFQs to overseas agents and local carriers, ensuring timely communication.
2. Maintain prompt and effective communication with overseas and local partners throughout the shipping process.
3. Ensure proper handling of shipments from initiation to completion, coordinating with all relevant teams and agencies.
4. Handle sea and air imports and exports, as well as cross trades (Air/Sea/Land), demonstrating knowledge of shipping procedures.
5. Execute tasks accurately, systematically, efficiently, and within designated timelines.
6. Multi-task efficiently to manage various aspects of customer service and shipping operations simultaneously.
7. Plan and organize tasks effectively to meet customer needs and organizational objectives.
8. Handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
9. Maintain a high degree of accuracy in all customer service and shipping-related activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
- Proficiency in sea and air imports and exports, as well as cross trades (Air/Sea/Land).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated planning and organizing skills.
- Capacity to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- First preference given to female candidates of Filipino nationality.

Experience:
- Customer service in the UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
