Job Title: Customer Service Representative

1. Data Entry:
- Accurately enter customer information from documents into the system, ensuring compliance with RTA requirements for testing and registration purposes.

2. Cash Handling:
- Conduct all cash transactions at the counter, reconcile cash with system printouts at the end of each shift, and securely hand over the collected amount to the Site Manager.

3. Customer Service:
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, interacting with customers professionally and cordially.
- Ensure customers leave the counter with completed transactions and provide guidance for further processes.

Site Image:

- Project confidence and uphold the company's positive image to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter space.
- Prioritize work, take short breaks, and actively participate in site meetings.
- Foster good relations with RTA staff on duty.

Additional Principal Accountabilities:

- Experience:
- Possess a recognized Higher Secondary School certificate.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar customer service role.
- Computer literate and fluent in spoken and written Arabic.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Well-groomed, well-mannered, and adept at interacting with customers of diverse nationalities.
