Position Overview:
The Receptionist/Administrator role at Gulf Water Treatment Co Ltd. is pivotal, emphasizing the creation of a positive and welcoming environment for visitors and internal team members. As an Emirati Receptionist/Administrator, you will handle reception duties, provide administrative support, ensure confidentiality, and collaborate with the team on various tasks related to government coordination, client follow-ups, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception Duties:
- Greet and receive visitors warmly and professionally.
- Handle incoming calls efficiently, directing them promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support conference arrangements.
- Assist in arranging travel for business trips and issuing gate passes for staff.

2. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance across various departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and arrange courier services for document shipments.

3. Language Skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic.
- Proficient in English for effective communication with non-Arabic speakers.

4. Customer Service:
- Assist clients and visitors, providing necessary information.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service consistently.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and satisfaction.

5. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in preparing reports and documents as required.
- Download and print SEWA and Etisalat bills monthly.

6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate with translation companies for project requirements.

7. Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Maintain confidentiality in all dealings.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Gulf region is advantageous.
