Job Description:
As a Senior Financial Controller at Paradox, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability of our accounts and contributing to the financial and tax structuring of the organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be part of a team obsessed with automations and leveraging digital solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Master accounting flows within an international context, ensuring completeness and accuracy of revenues, expenses, and overdue accounts.
2. Manage taxes across multiple companies, including calculations, filings, and analysis.
3. Ensure reliable data for high-quality analysis, maintaining consistency between databases and creating visual reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Implement analytical accounting systems for valuable product analysis and contribute to forecasting and re-forecasting efforts.
5. Lead various structuring projects, including ERP migration, benchmarking for tool selection, and others as needed.

Requirements:
Must-Have:
- Higher education in the accounting field.
- Previous experience in accounting, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
- Fondness for cats.
