Job Title: Food Safety Trainer

Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Food Safety in Dubai (mandatory).
- Education: Graduation or Post Graduation in Food Science (mandatory).
- Certifications:
- Food Safety Level-4 Certification (mandatory).
- Food Safety Level-3 Certification (mandatory).
- Approval: Approved Trainer by the Dubai Municipality Food Safety Department for all levels of Food Safety, including PIC Training (mandatory).
- Skills:
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety study materials and course content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Preferred:
- Valid UAE Driving License.

Role Overview:
As a Food Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive food safety training programs, ensuring that all participants receive the knowledge and skills needed to maintain the highest standards of food safety. You will also be tasked with staying current on food safety regulations and practices to ensure training materials are up-to-date and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver food safety training programs in accordance with Dubai Municipality standards.
- Conduct training sessions for various levels of food safety, including PIC (Person in Charge) training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Prepare and update training materials and course content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees to ensure they understand and can implement food safety practices.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create and manage training documents, presentations, and reports.
- Liaise with Dubai Municipality to ensure compliance with all training requirements.
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and changes in food safety regulations.
