What You'll Do:
As the General Accountant, you will:
- Assist the Assistant Director of Finance in supervising, training, and overseeing the Finance team.
- Manage month-end closing, production of monthly management accounts and analysis, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Ensure adoption of appropriate working practices based on Uniform System and IFRS.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and government statutory reporting.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in Residence Accounting Operations and understanding RERA regulations.
- Provide support to the Assistant Director of Finance in various business activities.

What You'll Bring:

- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and other applications.
- Ideally hold or studying towards a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to write clear, targeted, and concise management information reports.
- Relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity within luxury hotels.
