Client Details:

Our client is setting up their first clinic in the lower parking area of Silicon Oasis Mall with plans to expand further. The clinic will offer a range of services including general practice and seven specialties: Gynecology, Cardiology, Pediatrics, Dental, Radiology, Orthopedics, and Beauty. The modern facility is custom-made by a construction team and is expected to open at the end of June.

Job Description:

As a General Practitioner / Clinic Manager, your role involves both administrative and medical responsibilities, including:

Overseeing daily clinic operations.
Developing, implementing, and monitoring the clinic's budget.
Managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
Hiring and training new employees.
Creating and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring staff are aware of changes.
Supervising staff and conducting routine performance reviews.
Ensuring the healthcare facility complies with provincial/territorial and federal healthcare regulations.
Updating patient medical records.
Complying with all legislation applicable to practicing medicine.
Conducting physical examinations, tests, or procedures to diagnose patients.
Maintaining accurate medical records for all patients.
Making recommendations for lifestyle changes to improve patients' quality of life.
Prescribing medication, treatment, or therapy to patients.
Explaining test results and medical procedures to patients.
Training junior doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Consulting with other doctors about the specialized needs of some patients.

Who You Are:

You are a detail-oriented General Practitioner/Clinic Manager with experience in both administrative and medical tasks for the day-to-day clinic operations.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong clinical experience.
Administration/management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong decision-making ability.
Strong experience in the healthcare system.

Education & Qualifications:

MBBS or above with a DHA license.
At least 8-12 years of overall experience, including 5-9 years of UAE experience.
Driver's license is a must.
