Job Title: Graphic Designer

Employment Type: Full-time

Main Function:
The main function of this role is to create graphic artwork, packaging designs, and event cover-ups to support the development of marketing and advertising collaterals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Create eye-catching concepts, designs, and memorable themes for all promotional campaigns.
2. Develop new concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
3. Edit and manipulate presentations according to customer specifications.
4. Maintain ongoing effective communication with management and internal/external customers to determine the appropriate direction of a project.
5. Complete all design requirements within agreed deadlines for promotional campaigns and customer design requests.
6. Review final design layouts created and suggest improvements if required.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends in design, software, and their role within a commercial environment to enhance design requirements.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong creativity and artistic skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred but not required.
