Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development:
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop design concepts.
- Conduct research on project requirements and target audience to inform design decisions.

Design Creation:
- Produce logos, icons, and illustrations that align with project objectives.
- Develop layouts for both print and digital media, including social media posts and reels.

Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.

Software Proficiency:
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools proficiently.
- Stay updated on design trends and advancements in design software.

Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Client Interaction:
- Understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Experience:
- Proven graphic design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing your work.

Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication skills and effective time management abilities.
