Job Title: Fashion Print Designer

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with designers to develop and design artwork concepts consistent with brand strategies.
- Create original prints/artwork and implement copyright changes for multiple lines and accounts, using trend resources and reference samples.
- Generate CADs (Computer-Aided Designs) for all trend and product line presentations.
- Prepare artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and readiness for manufacturing.
- Maintain the print library and organize artwork files for easy access.
- Gather research and design inspiration from various sources to stay updated on industry trends.
- Utilize proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to create fashion-forward print/artwork that aligns with brand aesthetics.
- Possess a well-developed eye for color and design, staying knowledgeable about current market trends in fashion and prints.
- Have experience in the apparel sector, with a focus on denim wear.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Sketching ability is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of artwork repeats and knowledge of fabric printing processes is advantageous.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have prior experience in designing denim wear for both women and men.
- Experience in designing for women's and men's wear is preferred.
- Immediate joining candidates are highly desirable.
