Head Waiter

Job Title: Head Waiter

- Present customers with food/beverage recommendations, take their orders, and relay them to kitchen and/or bar staff accordingly.
- Supervise and serve food/beverages following the brand’s procedures and standards to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Handle customers’ bill payments and complaints, escalating complex issues to the Supervisor as necessary.
- Supervise and follow up on food/beverage preparation techniques in line with the brand’s standards, reporting non-conformities to the Manager.
- Contribute to achieving the brand shop's set targets.
- Participate in opening and closing duties of the restaurant, including counting and recording tips, while ensuring compliance with norms and internal standards.
- Prepare and send daily orders to the storekeeper to restock needed items.
- Conduct briefings for assigned team members as needed.

Qualifications:

- Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations or café, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Fluency in English.
