Job Overview:
The First Group Collection, a renowned hospitality portfolio, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Headwaiter to organize and lead a team dedicated to providing top-quality food and beverage services. This role involves ensuring prompt, accurate, and personalized service to deliver a memorable dining experience for guests at the Soluna Beach Club.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Present the menu and provide detailed information, including portions, ingredients, and potential food allergies.

2. Table Preparation:
- Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glasses to create an inviting dining atmosphere.

3. Food and Beverage Service:
- Serve food and drink orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness, promptly reporting any issues.
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments from guests.

4. Maintain Cleanliness:
- Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Arrange and maintain table settings, contributing to a tidy dining area.

5. Communication and Coordination:
- Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, menu changes, and service specifications for reservations, particularly for parties.

6. Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive and memorable dining experience.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

- Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a high-end dining environment.

- Skills:
- Basic math skills.
- Attentiveness and patience for customers.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening and effective communication skills.
- Team spirit and collaboration.

- Flexibility:
- Ability to work in shifts is a MUST.
