Job Title: Home Care Nurse

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the home setting. This includes administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living. Your duties will also involve collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques. You'll assess patients' needs, create comprehensive care plans, and monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure the effectiveness of the care provided. Documentation of patient progress and interventions is crucial to maintaining accurate medical records. Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families is an integral part of your role, helping them cope with the challenges of their medical conditions. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and community resources is essential to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of comprehensive care while adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy. Continuous professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in home healthcare is also expected.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Valid nursing license from the Dubai Health Authority.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a home care nurse in Dubai.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and compassion for patients.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
