Job Description
Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the housekeeping function.

What you will be doing:
- Receive assignment sheet from the Housekeeping office.
- Note all guest requests and instructions provided by the team leader.
- Attend communication meetings for your section.
- Ensure proper stock of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, mini bar items, and clean linen are arranged on the trolley before starting work.
- Check rooms with "Do Not Disturb" signs and respect guest preferences.
- Supervise the end-of-day closing of service areas and ensure equipment is stored appropriately.
- Communicate all relevant information to the next shift or supervisor for smooth operations.
- Report to the Housekeeping Supervisor if guest valuables are exposed.
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional service.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, walls, and bathtubs, replenish amenities, and report maintenance issues.
- Refresh flower vases and replace flowers as needed.
- Make beds, clean bedrooms, refill stationery, matches, and mini bars, and ensure bed linen is spotless.
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East region is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
