Job Description: IT Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Management:
- Manage and support all systems in the waterpark operations.
- Ensure the seamless functioning of IT infrastructure.
2. IT Support:
- Attend to IT requests from both guests and colleagues promptly.
- Provide efficient solutions to IT-related issues.
3. Policy Adherence:
- Follow all IT policies and guidelines, including user rights, security policies, preventive maintenance, and contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with IT brand standards.
4. Technology Implementation:
- Assist in the implementation of IT brand standards, new technologies, systems, and projects.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in IT relevant to the waterpark.
5. Risk Management:
- Identify IT-related risks and issues and escalate them to the manager.
- Collaborate with the team to address and mitigate risks.
6. Issue Escalation:
- Escalate IT issues promptly to the Supervisor for timely resolution.
- Maintain effective communication channels for issue management.
7. Technical Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and training on systems and networks.
- Ensure that all staff members are well-versed in utilizing IT resources.
8. E-Learning Participation:
- Actively participate in the regional e-Learning platform.
- Stay informed about relevant IT updates and skills enhancement.
Qualifications:
- IT degree/Diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Professional presentation and grooming at all times.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid proficiency in the English language.
- No criminal record.
