Job Title: IT Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Engineer to oversee and manage our company’s computer systems. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing hardware configurations, installing software, managing network systems, and providing technical support to staff. Additionally, you will collaborate with the IT manager to ensure that all IT operations align with the company's goals and objectives.

IT Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Meeting with the IT manager to discuss system needs and requirements.
2. Designing and implementing computer hardware configurations based on organizational needs.
3. Installing and configuring software applications and networking systems.
4. Troubleshooting network, software, and hardware issues, and providing timely resolution.
5. Responding to general IT requests and providing technical support to end-users.
6. Ensuring that security software and protocols are up to date and in compliance with company policies.
7. Compiling monthly reports for the IT manager to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Managing Windows server, MS SQL, and basic networking systems, including website hosting and management.
9. Demonstrating a basic understanding of application development, which will be considered an advantage.
10. Familiarity with Google Ad Account, SEO, Google Business Account creation and management, and social media platforms.

IT Engineer Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
2. Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems and software applications.
3. Familiarity with various operating systems, enterprise software, programming languages, and office productivity suites.
4. Proficiency in LAN and wireless network configurations.
5. Strong project management skills to oversee IT projects from conception to completion.
6. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
7. Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues efficiently.
8. Knowledge of database management and networking security systems.
