Job Description: IT Helpdesk Operator

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

2. Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Oil and Gas/Energy sector.

3. Technical Proficiency:
- At least 3 years of experience in extensive use of Manage Engine Desktop Central or Remote Control of SCCM.

4. Certifications:
- Certifications such as ITIL v3/v4, MCSE, MCITP, MCM, MCSM, CCNA, A+ would be an advantage.
