Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Client Support: Promptly respond to client support requests and inquiries regarding technical issues.
2. Issue Assessment: Communicate with clients to determine the nature and severity of the problem, gathering relevant information for troubleshooting.
3. Remote or On-Site Assistance: Provide technical assistance either by traveling to the client’s location or remotely connecting to their systems to resolve issues.
4. Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
5. Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware components and computer peripherals to ensure optimal functionality.
6. Software Installation and Updates: Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and software applications to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
7. Networking Support: Troubleshoot networking and connection issues, ensuring seamless connectivity and resolving any disruptions.
8. Recommendations: Provide recommendations to clients regarding software or hardware upgrades to enhance performance and functionality.
9. Training: Offer basic training to clients in computer operation and management, empowering them to handle routine tasks independently.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support (Required)
