Job Title: Junior IT Administrator

Impact & Scope:

IT plays a crucial role at Score Plus Education, enabling innovation in products and services while supporting both structured and unstructured management processes. The Junior IT Administrator will contribute to enhancing the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation.

Business Development & Strategy:
- Monitoring and administrating IT infrastructure across all offices
- Ensuring the functionality of client machines at all locations
- Monitoring and modifying website information
- Configuring and troubleshooting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- User administration and setup of various systems and software
- Monitoring security policies and data backups
- Coordinating video conferences and web-based inquiries
- Assisting with non-IT related tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends if required

- Alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals
- Management of information security and support, with results measured against organizational risks
