The MENA (Middle East and North Africa) market is competitive, complex, and rapidly growing. As a newly established standalone market within Europe, MENA presents unique challenges and opportunities for Diageo. The Marketing Manager for MENA will play a critical role in shaping the future growth and success of our brands within this dynamic market.

Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand strategy and plans for Diageo's Reserve portfolio in MENA. This includes establishing brand equity, driving growth, and ensuring alignment with consumer, customer, and shopper insights. The role encompasses recruitment, scaling, fame, physical availability, and managing the full P&L for the brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term brand strategy and plans based on consumer, customer, and shopper insights.
- Own the full P&L for the brands, working with cross-functional teams to exceed annual operating plan targets.
- Maximize the usage and impact of A&P spend to drive NSV growth and market share.
- Engage, coach, and support team members to excel in delivering brand activities.
- Ensure brand integrity and compliance with legal and corporate responsibility requirements.
- Drive brand innovation and development to meet market needs and stay ahead of competitors.

About You
- Demonstrated understanding of the luxury market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive positive outcomes.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of delivering transformational business results.
- Holistic marketing expertise across media, digital, experiential, PR, culture, and social.
- Commercial FMCG understanding and numerical acumen.
- 6-8+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the luxury field.
- Experience working across multiple countries, geographies, and cultures.
